Refund, Weather & Rescheduling Policy
At Up & Under, we know how important your event is, and we want everything to go smoothly. Please review our policy below so everyone is on the same page:
☀️ Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

We offer full refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather (such as heavy rain, high winds of 20+ mph or severe storms) only if cancellation is made before delivery.

If you need to reschedule due to weather, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. The sooner, the better, so we can work with you to find another available date.

Rescheduled events must be booked within 90 days of your original date and are subject to availability.
🚫 Once Delivered – No Refunds

Once your bounce house or party equipment has been delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued—regardless of changes in weather, event cancellation, or other circumstances.

Please be sure to check the weather leading up to your event, especially the day before.
⚠️ Safety at Setup

For the safety of your guests and our team, we reserve the right to cancel or delay setup if weather conditions are unsafe at the time of delivery (e.g., high winds of 20+mph, lightning, or flooding). We will not set up in unsafe conditions.
📞 Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us as early as possible about cancellations or rescheduling needs. Failure to communicate in a timely manner may result in a loss of refund or reschedule option.

Refunds for reasons other than weather or serious emergencies are not available.
